1. What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a communication
process in which a life coach assists the client in accessing their own inner resources, qualities and capabilities to achieve
their desired outcomes. The process of life coaching leads to self empowerment for the client. Through life coaching the client
becomes more able to manage their own life. Ideally after a number of sessions a client is able to incorporate this process
and be their own coach. Self management, self empowerment.

3. How is Life Coaching Delivered?
The coach and
client work together to set up an appropriate schedule and means of communication (e.g. in person, by phone, or by e-mail)
that works best for both. Schedules can be rigid or flexible depending on the circumstances. The important thing is that the
needs of the client are met in a way that provides the most comfort, confidentiality, and an openess from both sides.
4. What type
of relationship is developed between coach and client.
The coach and client form a partnership based on the goals developed to address
the clients needs. The coach and client decide together what will be the focus, structure and desired outcomes for their work
and relationship. The coach will act as a guide and assistant to the client who will be given support and encouragement as
they work toward successfully completing their goals. Each of the partners will take on a manageable amount of responsibility
and will act as a team.
